Originally designed to beat the oil crisis of the 70's, the Formworks structure system was aimed at prospective middle-class American home-builders as a relatively simple, do-it-yourself home-package including:

• a custom home architectural design,
• building plans,
• construction guide,
• steel framework kit,
• fiber sheeting,
• waterproofing, and
• lot assessment!

Over the years, the Formworks system gradually found favor with hundreds of luxury home builders/owners due to the system's inherent beauty, unique features and unparalleled versatility but still, the majority of homes built are "family homes" built by local contractors who assemble the framework and build the homes just as they would any home design and for roughly the same price as any new construction.

Unlike many architectural dream-houses or "artist conceptions" the Formworks homes are actually built, used and loved by hundreds of home builders and home owners all around the country
